the hotel had a great location for the venue i needed. it was also very close to the underground station. the staff were really helpful and friendly at all times . they seemed to care about my needs, nice.

the rooms were VERY small and the beds felt too small. i had to pay extra to get a room with a window, A VERY ANNOYING SURPRISE. The breakfast lacked VARIETY and there was little choice.

All staff were ready to help. Ms. Sandra was attentive during my check in. Mr Javed was managing tasks perfectly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy.

I had to fill in a form in advance but I had to do the same all over again when I arrived. They didn't respond when I asked in advance if it was possible to check in early. The room was small.
